NEW RELEASE TIME ON WEDNESDAYS

I have been doing the release time at 1:00  and 9:00cst, however, I am up to the early hours of the morning fulfilling orders that start coming in at 9:00. So let's bump the release time up to 8:00cst and see how that goes for a few releases:)
